Nellie in a Twin Tails Fleece Stocking Cap in Winter Dance Fleece
A warm, versatile, wild and crazy stocking cap!
Now here is a warm winter stocking cap that is quite versatile. As you can see, it is perfect for a wild and crazy hat, but....that's not all! The two 40" long Twin Tails have fringe and jingle bells on the ends and can be wrapped securely around the neck to become a cozy muffler and winter hat combined!
Another feature of this warm winter hat is that it may be worn as a scarf or muffler only. The hat part will lay flat across the center of your shoulders - this is quite cozy in itself!
This long fleece hat is "one size" and usually begins to fit around 10 years old. You will find Stocking Caps and Jester Hats for younger kids on the Kid Winter Hat page.
This year I've added the option of choosing a regular band OR the new Peruvian style band that has ears and a neckstrap. This new option is for those of you who want the extra covering on the ears AND the security of knowing your hat will stay with you, no matter how fast you are going. The neck strap will also allow you to push your hat off, if you're just too hot, but your hat won't get misplaced!
As with all my other winter hats, I use only the highest quality of fleece. Most fleece is milled by Malden Mills in the United States and is long lasting, warm, lightweight, not itchy, and won't pill or shrink. Other features I love about the Malden Mills Polartec fleece are the clear lines and vivid colors.
I work hard to offer the best hats for all heads and using a superior fleece is a great start!
