The Peruvian hat is a simple, warm and good looking winter hat. I make it with a little loft on the top to trap that warm air coming off your noggin and with a double layer of fleece covering the ears. I use a durable polyester cord and toggle for the neck strap.

This warm and cozy fleece hat will stay securely over your ears and the neck strap will ensure that it will stay with you at all times - while it's on your head, anyway!
