Dear Susie, My 6-year old daughter LOVES the hat! As soon as I took it out of the envelope she hugged it, kissed it, jumped up and down, and put it on her head, saying "Oh Mommy, thank you, thank you! I love my new hat!" I am happy to offer the Solarweave/cotton print fabrics combination for these children's summer hats. This option is the most popular for customers. The Solarweave gives maximum sun protection while the fun cotton print on the underside of the brim adds color and liveliness!
All Kids hats have elastic in the back for a better and longer lasting fit. I recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
If you have a big kid or want to have a sun hat that will fit your child for a LONG time, then check the Adult Summer Hats.
You may choose any fabric or combination that you'd like for your child's sun hat. If you'd like a fabric that isn't on the dropdown menu, just choose the "SPECIAL REQUEST" option. Pick any fabric from the kid's summer fabrics or adult summer fabrics pages. Then let me know in the "SPECIAL REQUEST" box what fabric/s you would like.
