Do you make them all yourself?
Yes, I sure do and I love it! It's my fulltime job and passion.
What about washing?
I recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry for all my hats.
Do you have more?
I do!! I have over 30 different styles for adults and kids, including my winter hats.
May I return it?
Yes. I want you to be happy with your hat. If you are not, then you may return it, UNUSED, within 10 days of receipt and I will refund the purchase price. Please let me know why you are returning it.
Will you always have these colors and prints?
The canvas - yes. The Solarweave - probably. The hand painted batiks and kid prints - no. Part of the appeal of these fabrics is that they are produced on a limited basis so will only be available for a short time. I WILL always have something unique and beautiful though!
What is Solarweave?
Solarweave is a treated fabric, (100% nylon supplex), that has passed independent laboratory testing in accordance with the Federal Food and Drug Administration. The fabric must pass rigorous testing when it is (1) new, (2) old, (3) wet, (4) dry, (5) laundered. The percentage of UVB blocking abilities is in the 97% to 99% range even after 2 years of wear and tear. AND... it's breathable!
Do you take Special Orders?
Yes, I do. I can USUALLY satisfy a special request for another color or print.
